Return Policy
We hope that you will be very happy and satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange items, simply send and email or to call us with a description of what is wrong and whether you want an exchange or return. A return authorization number will be issued.
1. Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt of shipment. All claims must be made within 14 days. Damaged merchandise must be returned for credit only within 3 weeks of invoice date.
2. Items being returned for exchange or credit must be in original saleable condition with all original tags.
3. Suits are not returnable unless authorized by Suitsbyvaughnwallace.com Please call our office at 702-602-7848 to request return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number before you ship them back. No returns accepted without return authorization Number.
4. Please write the RA Number and PO Number on the box with the merchandise being returned. If we receive merchandise without the Return authorization Number we will not issue credit.
5. No returns on close-out or discounted merchandise.
6. Credit will be issued only we get the return merchandise after inspection.
7. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee on items except for damaged or defective items. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
